Meet Greg, Founder and Owner
Greg is a proud Citrus County native and graduate of Lecanto High School and Spring Hill College.
With more than 20 years in the pool service industry, he founded Top Dog Pools to bring reliable, high-quality care to his community.
Greg treats every customer like family, applying the same dedication to pool safety and health that he gives to his own. Committed to excellence and deeply rooted in the local area, he takes great pride in delivering friendly, trustworthy service to every homeowner.
Meet Hope, Business Operations
Hope keeps Top Dog Pool Services running smoothly behind the scenes. As co-owner, she manages the business side of Top Dog Pools, including customer communications, billing and administration, marketing, financial planning and the systems that support the company’s continued growth.
With a professional background in human resources, leadership, and project management, Hope brings organization, strategy, and a strong focus on the customer experience to the team. She works alongside Greg to make sure Top Dog remains the kind of local company they set out to build - dependable, personal, professional, and committed to taking great care of its customers.
For Hope, Top Dog Pools isn’t just a business. It’s family business built around doing good work, treating people fairly, and earning the trust of the community they call home.
Meet Lucas, Pool Service Technician
Lucas joined the Top Dog Team in April 2026 and is building his experience in the pool service industry from the ground up.
As a Pool Service Technician, Lucas works hands-on caring for our customers’ pools while continuing to expand his knowledge of water chemistry, equipment, maintenance, and proper pool care. He brings a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a genuine enthusiasm for becoming great at his craft.
Lucas is excited to grow alongside Top Dog Pools and be part of building the company for the future. Most importantly, he understands what we expect from every member of the team: take pride in your work, treat our customers well, and care for every pool as if it were your own.
